Kindness is any act you do that benefits others. Research shows that people who help others in various ways are happier and have an overall better feeling of well-being than those who don’t practice kindness.
Oldham County Master Gardeners had another record-breaking volunteer year, contributing 2,156 volunteer hours to the community (a 17% increase in service hours since last year).
In March, we celebrated recent state-level achievements of our volunteers and clients with a recognition program at the John Black Community Center.
